How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who You Talk To
When you contact Attacksuper Tree Service, you are handed off to an independent tree provider in our network. Picture a relay race. We pass the baton, and the provider carries it from there.
The person you speak with works for that provider, not for us. They can answer questions about the tree, the schedule and the price.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few plain questions. Where is the tree? How big is it? Is it leaning, cracked or already down? Is it near a house, fence or power line?
These answers help the provider decide what gear and crew size the job may need. Photos can help too. Some providers visit first to look at the tree, and others give a rough range by phone and confirm it on site.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions can save a lot of worry:
- Can I get a written quote before work begins?
- Does the quote include cleanup and hauling?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
- Do you carry liability insurance, and can you show proof?
- How will you protect my roof, fence and lawn?
Typical U.S. costs vary widely by tree size, height and access, so a written quote matters more than any single number.
Look, Then Call
Before you phone, spend a minute looking. Note any cracks, peeling bark, mushrooms at the base or dead branches. Small signs first. What you describe helps the provider prepare.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare more than one quote, ask for time to think, or say no. If a provider pushes you to decide fast, that is a good reason to pause.
